Had a recall on our Explorer. I called, made an appointment. We arranged our day to enable us to drop off our explorer and had time in th afternoon to pick it up when completed. We get up, fight the north-south traffic of Crestview and get to the dealership on time, just to be told the last part they had for our recall was used the day before. Our time and planning totally wasted for nothing. They set the appointment time and parts should have been set aside for the planned job. Service could have called and rescheduled our appointment. At that particular time just saying we would have to do it all over again when parts become available was not very satisfactory. More
I called to make an appointment for my truck, next available appointment was two weeks away. Haven’t done anything but drive it down the road and confirm the noise. They had pulled an other car into the shop apparently and didn’t have anywhere for my truck to go, according to Nathan. After calling to tell them I was coming to pick up my truck the following day, they didn’t seem to care. Picked it up, took it to a local reputable shop and had my diagnosis by the end of the day. I posted my experience on Google, owner responds with platitudes- same as he does every single bad review with his email and phone number. I called and left a very clear message with my return phone number- never got a call back. More
Sent me numbers over the phone agreed and ran credit, had everything approved before I get there. Leave work early, drive an an hour out of my way to sign for the truck. I delt with Jessica who was professional and decent to work with. I bought a 2025 explorer st while it was in transit. Just to find out a crazy ex employee was in the office for the third time negotiating their interest rate. Which is absolutelyridiculous! Just a horrible way to treat someone who is actually ready to give you 💰 MONEY!!. I will never buy a vehicle from one step crestview Ford again. Saw an employee driving, launching a 2025 ST in the parking lot so dumb, he should be fired. The PDI people "had to drive" my paid for ST 3 miles per their protocols nonsense! Only God knows how that trip went. These vehicles have a break in of 1k of easy driving and to think I might have issues down the road. My transmission is already slipping at 1,100 miles. This place is all over the place. Finance guy looked like he was on a 3 day bender. Whoever is running that operation needs to be replaced! Jessica was very helpful and did what she was able to do. Don't hold this dealerships incompetence against her. When you purchase a vehicle in transit they should do their look over and PARK IT! Its not the dealerships vehicle anymore they shouldn't be putting extra miles on YOUR NEW vehicle. And from what I saw from how they drive these vehiclesaround the lot, they weren't easy miles! More

Got a call after first week telling me the recall work was done and they ran diagnostics on engine light and he would contact me about engine light issue next day Never received a call back or return call from him even though I called him multiple times and also left him multiple messages. Terrible customer service. He needs to take a class from Step one CDJR Service Dept .. They have Great customer service. We’ve purchased 2 cars at the Crestview Ford location but I’ll find somewhere else to buy and repair my Fords in the future More

The sales process was straightforward, my trade in was appraised fairly and also beat an offer from another dealer. My time spent with the finance manager, James McConnell, is worth mentioning because he was never pushy to upsell, gave me honest facts about the available products, and made sure I got fair pricing on everything. I did a nation-wide search on Cars app prior to setting up an appointment and already knew I was getting the second best price in the country on this specific model (2025 F150 Lariat Hybrid). When I factor trade value into it and an additional rebate they found for me, I left knowing I got the best deal. Thanks very much for a great shopping experience and most importantly for listening and being an honest broker in the car business. Highly recommend! More
My husband dropped off his 2023 Ford Bronco on Sunday for his appointment on Monday at 9am for a check engine lite issue. Today is Saturday and they still have not gotten to the vehicle. The fuel pump went out on my 2014 F150 Eco Boost. I had it towed to Crestview Ford on 12/13/2024. After a couple of weeks I called my service advisor Nathan Wing several times before I ever got a call back, only to learn they haven't looked at it. My dad even called Nathan 3 times and never got a call back. I approved the repairs on 1/9/25 and my truck was ready on 1/15/25. These guys had my a month! I understand if there was a holiday in this time frame, but my biggest gripe is the really POOR communication. I would drive 100 miles before I would ever buy a vehicle from this dealer. More
