Initially during the negotiations I was told I needed to “pay the bank $2000 to get them to lower the interest rate”. Which came out later from someone else that was in-fact not the case, the money was going to Crestview Ford and also not legal to say. Found problems with it during the initial inspection, and was told they would have their mechanic “take a look at it” and see what they could do. Never happened. Magically no one was available every time I attempted to coordinate. The car has now been in the shop and entirely un-driveable for over a month now. The current shop that assessed the catastrophic failure in the cooling system is under the belief this was covered up previously. For a reputable dealership, I certainly received less than reputable service. Especially for a $30,000+ SUV that was my main means of transportation. Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More

One step Crestview Ford sells vehicles with recalled defected motors, knowing the vehicle can never be replaced, repaired, the truck was actually totaled when sold to me. THIS IS CRIMINAL! Just tried to buy a truck for the advertised price and was heading to Crestview to sign the paperwork when they informed me they could not sell it to me for that price! I have 45 trucks and replacing several of the them this year and they will not be getting any of my business!!!! I am spreading the news on all social media campaigns in Pensacola, Fort Walton and Crestview!!! Shame on you Step One!!!! More

Had a recall on our Explorer. I called, made an appointment. We arranged our day to enable us to drop off our explorer and had time in th afternoon to pick it up when completed. We get up, fight the north-south traffic of Crestview and get to the dealership on time, just to be told the last part they had for our recall was used the day before. Our time and planning totally wasted for nothing. They set the appointment time and parts should have been set aside for the planned job. Service could have called and rescheduled our appointment. At that particular time just saying we would have to do it all over again when parts become available was not very satisfactory. More

I called to make an appointment for my truck, next available appointment was two weeks away. I take the appointment, drop the truck off the night before the appointment, and was told 3-5 days to diagn available appointment was two weeks away. Haven’t done anything but drive it down the road and confirm the noise. They had pulled an other car into the shop apparently and didn’t have anywhere for my truck to go, according to Nathan. After calling to tell them I was coming to pick up my truck the following day, they didn’t seem to care. Picked it up, took it to a local reputable shop and had my diagnosis by the end of the day. I posted my experience on Google, owner responds with platitudes- same as he does every single bad review with his email and phone number.
