My vehicle broke down on my way to Florida 1/16/09. I was towed to the dealership at 6am. The shop opened at 7am. The temperature was zero. There were already customers all over the place. I apologized and stated my problem. Immediately, Jack the service manager, handed my keys to a mechanic. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly--I needed a new starter. They checked their inventory and found they didn't have one. Jack called an outside supplier and found one. The dealer didn't deliver til 8am, and it was a little after 7:30. He sent the mechanic over to the supplier to get the starter. It was installed and I was on the road to Florida by 8:30. Never have I had this kind of service at a dealership and I have owned more than 27 new vehicles from a large number of dealers.
