Purchased my F-150 from Boerne Ford, along with purchasing a 100K mile extended warranty. I need to take truck in for warranty work at 31K miles, and the best offer they have on a loaner while my v purchasing a 100K mile extended warranty. I need to take truck in for warranty work at 31K miles, and the best offer they have on a loaner while my vehicle is getting serviced for safety recalls and warranty work with my sunroof falling apart is 2-3 months out. No sense of urgency nor a sense of caring about the customer after the purchase. More

I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. Had an excellent test drive and seemed to agree to pricing. The product being sold is likely fine, and I had decided to buy one. All aspe experience. Had an excellent test drive and seemed to agree to pricing. The product being sold is likely fine, and I had decided to buy one. All aspects of the deal were agreeable to all parties including sticker price, down payment, and trade allowance. Communication with the salesman was excellent and easy. They were willing to do price quotes online and over the phone. However when it came time to close the deal an approximately $3.4k in fees for unwanted options had been added onto the sticker price, which according to the dealership employee are "non-removable". These packages included a cup holder-mounted cellphone holder and a trailer hitch ball. These packages are "added to every vehicle on the lot". If the desired vehicle is already discounted, the packages cannot be removed from the deal, even by a sales manager. It is 2024. The pandemic and chip shortages have ended. Inflation has caused industry-wide price increases, and insurance and interest increases are already high challenges for buyers to overcome. I think consumers should be presented with options if they want to buy them, given the option to decline if they don't, and to have mandatory dealer-installed upgrades disclosed on a Monroney addendum up front to avoid surprises at closing. Given the option, I will do business with a dealer that understands my needs and is willing to work together to meet budget goals in our current economy. See attached photo for a detailed breakdown of what is added to every final price, and shop accordingly. More
My remote purchase experience of a super-low miles pre-owned BMW from Ford of Boerne was an overall positive experience. It started actually on a high note with responsive and cooperate sales guys (Ry pre-owned BMW from Ford of Boerne was an overall positive experience. It started actually on a high note with responsive and cooperate sales guys (Ryan and Tristan), eager to please, polite and ready to make things happen. We progressed forward and I purchased the car and had it transported to Los Angeles. The car arrived mostly as described but a number of things were not communicated adequately or accurately, and while they were not huge surprises, they did leave me rather unhappy about the omissions and the cost of fixing them. I reached out to the dealership management and the director of pre-owned cars (Jesse) contacted me shortly thereafter. Unlike my dealing with other team members there, he acted like a typical used car salesman and did not take responsibility for much, ignoring evidence and my suggestion to figure out a way to work things out. However, as I elevated the matter to the dealership’s GM (Ivan), Ivan rose to the occasion and worked towards resolving the issues. This could have easily been a 5 star review if Jesse had not let me down and acted unprofessionally. Overall, I do recommend Ford of Boerne to anyone considering purchasing a car but make sure you ask questions and get your answers fully and know that Ryan, Tristan and Ivan truly are committed to deliver a great experience. Ford of Boerne sold me a $72000 Lincoln Navigator with 42000 miles. The transmission became inoperable after driving it 1 week...only 300 miles. Buyer beware! Made an appointment for an oil change. Drove 45 minutes, arrived on time, asked how long the oil change would take and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half for an oil change. Drove 45 minutes, arrived on time, asked how long the oil change would take and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half for an oil change. I didn’t take the afternoon off for an oil change so I wasn’t prepared for the wait. Am left wondering if the oil change takes that long or if they use the word “appointment” with a different meaning than most. Either way, my time has no value here. More
