Most recent service experience was very positive. Management team was very responsive and informative regarding questions I had about appropriate maintenance scheduling. As a walk-in for "The Works" package on January 21st (MLK Day), I was greeted immediately, the car was serviced, and I was out of the dealership within an hour. I own a ford Transit and was traveling to CT for work from Manchester NH for work and it broke down on the side of the highway in Hamden CT. I called 5 dealers with in miles of where I was and not one of from Manchester NH for work and it broke down on the side of the highway in Hamden CT. I called 5 dealers with in miles of where I was and not one of them would give the time of day. I called ford of Branford and George said absolutely get the car here and we will take care of it. It took me longer to get a tow to their shop then it took for them to fix it and get me back on the road. George and the crew at Ford of Branford were an absolute pleasure to deal with. More
