Thats the exact type of above and beyond service you can expect from this place. I was worried things were too good to be true and figured when meeting with the business manager, that would be the point we get screwed at. Complete opposite. She was straightforward, i got a better price than i expected, no hidden charges or fees. 10 out of 10 for entire staff. The auto industry needs more dealerships like this. Frank and Jill went above and beyond trying to find the exact 2012 ford explorer that I wanted. I went in with a very specific package and color that I wanted and they spent many days trying to locate thi exact 2012 ford explorer that I wanted. They were also able to help me shop around for credit and found a bank for me that was 2.5% lower than anyone else i tried on my own. Once the vehicle was located it was brought in from NY state at 5pm on Friday evening and Jill and her awesome staff stayed late so I could get the deal done that day as I was going to be out of town for several days and needed to complete the deal ASAP. They took the time to go over sync and MFT with me even after the dealership closed for the day. The car was in immaculate condition and I am beyond thrilled with the service i received from Frank and Jill and the rest of the support staff.
