I was looking to buy a used car and looked online for a few weeks. Ford of Branford had 2 cars I liked so I did an online application and was approved. I was contacted by Frank Tomanio and set up a meeting to look at the cars. He called to verify and said one of the cars was sold but had plenty of Fusions. I went there and decided to look around, he came out and greeted us and said the other car was sold as well and that they didn't have many used cars but I could look at the ones he had which were about 2,000 = 3,000 more than I want to spend so I went to Hammonassett Ford in Madison. Then I get an email from Frank on Thurs. saying in the subject line no response. I had just met with him two days before. I find this very insulting and felt that they tried to do a bait and switch. They show you cars online to lure you in but only have higher priced vehicles when you get there. NOT A GOOD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS! More

Ordered a 2011 GT500 in May of 2010. Received the car 23 July 2010, FORD production issues. Dealer sold the car to me for MSRP, no ADM (Adjusted Dealer Markup) as other dealers were looking to get anywhe July 2010, FORD production issues. Dealer sold the car to me for MSRP, no ADM (Adjusted Dealer Markup) as other dealers were looking to get anywhere from $1k to $5k extra. Would have been great to get below MSRP, but with the car that I bought at the time no was going below MSRP. All the salesmen in the dealer are very friendly and this was probably one of the easiest sales they have made. I use the dealer to service both this car and my 2009 F150. The service department is very good and very knowledgeable. I hate buying cars, but would buy from this dealer again. More
