I would say that the additional services that were sold to me were unnecessary “repairs” for the belt replacements and pricing for parts and air filter were double what they had been six months ago when I to me were unnecessary “repairs” for the belt replacements and pricing for parts and air filter were double what they had been six months ago when I was quoted for similar work. I was also never notified about any delays and had called and wasn’t able to get through so I had to show up and request an update and only then was told they broke the tensioner and that they were waiting for a replacement. I work in customer service and know for a fact this will always be bad customer service, and communication is key. Also your not allowed to charge the customer the 3% service fee for card providers in the state of Florida. More

Last Friday, November 29 took my 2021 F150 for The Works. I advised Kyle that wheel lock key is in center console. He gave me very good service. Dialed service department and no answer, so I was forced to head back. Explained Kyle situation. Told me tech forgot to put back. Each wheel nut needs lock. So imagine if my wife has a flat! I expect at least full refund of this transaction. More
