Ford notified me that my 2025 Explorer needed two software updates. I easily made a service appointment and was advised that the vehicle would be needed all day to complete both updates. Checked in a software updates. I easily made a service appointment and was advised that the vehicle would be needed all day to complete both updates. Checked in about 7:45. Checked out 5:16. Service rep Diego provided great customer service with the warranty work. I am not able to comment on the results of the updates as there were no noticeable vehicle issues before or after the software updates. Have faith that Ford of Clermont will provide great service with recalls, software updates, and maintenance on all the Ford Explorer technology. More
