I had a 915am appointment for an oil change and it took a little over two hours to finish.. I have never had issues before but I would rather know if something was wrong and maybe offer a different day … si little over two hours to finish.. I had a1:00 appointment, There were four Customers in waiting room it took then two hours to change my oil (no tire rotation). I asked them where my truck was, they said it was out front. It wasn’t.
