After asking for an oil change, new whispers and to check the existing wiper fluid, I only received the oil change. When I went back in to ask why nothing else was done, I was then told that the wipers were the existing wiper fluid, I only received the oil change. When I went back in to ask why nothing else was done, I was then told that the wipers were not in stock and told my fluid was filled. The line was never checked and reservoir was mostly water. More

I dropped my car off for a sunroof repair. When I dropped off my three year old car that is kept clean, the recently replaced fabric all around the sunroof was stained and dirty. There were black marks all over the sunroof fabric and a very sticky substance on the outside of my car. The service department also left multiple tools in my car. The next morning, I discovered that my car air freshener had been removed from my car and that the items I store under the cargo cover in my tailgate item had been removed and riffled through. When I called the following day to follow up on all of this, I was told I would get a call back. It is now been seven days later and I have received no call back. At this point, I’m assuming my car air freshener was stolen and they were looking for other items to steal. More

Contacted ford of Clermont to obtain a small bushing to repair transmission issue as unable to obtain from local auto stores to be informed by sevice department this issue is a service recall. They requested bring vehicle in and they would repair it. Explained unable to move vehicle and they said no problem we we send a tech to repair and one would attend at 8.00am Friday morning. Spot on time tech arrived fitted new bushing and topped off cooling fluid. Absolutely exceptional.level.of serve. More
