The service itself was great, in and out. Odesa was professional and all of the requested service work was completed satisfactory. I was unhappy that the truck was not washed as the wash tunn Odesa was professional and all of the requested service work was completed satisfactory. I was unhappy that the truck was not washed as the wash tunnel was being serviced. Also, asked for a vacuum of the truck and was told that there was a vehicle that would not start blocking the vacuums so they could not do that either. Finally, I had selected the windshield wiper replacement in the app. The app states $.00 for cost. I was told that this did not mean that the wiper replacement was "free," but that I needed to call for pricing. I think that the words "call for pricing" would be a better alternative to $.00, More

Desde el primer día me ayudaron con un problema a que tenía mi camión, la atención fue especialmente de parte de mi representante de servicio Diego Ramírez quien muy profesionalmente me escucho y se comprometió hacerse cargo del problema de mi camión directamente con la garantía extendía que yo compré y manteniendo comunicación en todo momento. Great process. Good people. Hi quality work body and paint work. They did my entire truck 1.5 years age. They just repaired a fender. Matches perfectly. Got to it Good people. Made appointment Mon 8/19. Discussed 8/20 but settled on Wed 8/21. Immediately received a text saying I would shortly receive a video inspection? Tech told me that should not have been sent until after the service. I got a call the next day, 8/20, telling me I had missed my appointment. I said no, my appointment was made for 8/21. Thay said to go ahead and bring it in on 8/21. When I arrived for service, one was aware I even had an appointment. I was told they would service it anyway. I received a call later about my coolant flush and new key fob. My truck was there for an emissions recall ONLY. I was then told truck would be ready in about 1/2 hour and I would get a call. Approximately 4 hours later I was notified it was ready. Very confused, messed up way of doing business in my opinion. Technical issues do arise but this was way out of the norm. More
