The service department was very hot without air conditioning. It was very confusing where to go for service with all the work trucks. The service advisor was nice and helped me. Normally service has been excellent. This time I had the works done and brought truck in with low pressure alert on rear passenger tire at 27 psi.. rest at 33 psi. I knew they would rotate my tires and fill them up... well upon pick up my light was still on and the rear passenger tire was still the low one. Therefore, my tires were not rotated and not filled up. I told and showed the service advisor and he had a tech fill my tires up and light went away. More
