Service specialist Diego was good. Windshield wiper arm was broken during service. Replaced at no cost, but my vehicle had to stay onsite for another day. Overall, my 2013 For Esca Windshield wiper arm was broken during service. Replaced at no cost, but my vehicle had to stay onsite for another day. Overall, my 2013 For Escape should be classified a lemon since I’ve had to spend nearly $10,000 in repairs over the years. Too many issues with hoses, leaks, engine parts, etc. it’s hard to even think about purchasing another Ford vehicle. More

Bought vehicle and service plan at this dealer. First they told me I did not have a service contract and made me provide the paper copy they gave to me when I bought my truck. Second, lube center unable to verify whether they could change wiper blades under my service plan. Stated I could come back on a week day to find out. Third, service is separate from live center. Never look vehicle over for issues any lube center would diagnose. Never fix recalls. Toyota fixes my recalls when I take my vehicle in for oil changes without my requesting it. Then informs me of the recall work when I pick it up. More
