I have brought my cars to this dealership for years, and I live over 30 miles away while there are Ford dealerships right up the road. Well, this was my last time. I dropped my car off for my engine light I live over 30 miles away while there are Ford dealerships right up the road. Well, this was my last time. I dropped my car off for my engine light warning at 8 am and they held my car all day with no communication after I texted and called about the status. Only to text me an overinflated quote (the first one only had a huge price with no explanation attached)…at 5:45 when they close at 6pm. They claimed I needed a new catalytic converter among other overpriced filter parts totaling almost $3000. I had to spend the night so I could get my car the next day. I was charged $255 for the “diagnostics” because I ‘refused’ the repairs. Well they didn’t even have the main part in stock and I needed my car to go to work on Monday. To the Service managers credit, he found out I complained to my friend who works in sales and called me as I was already back in Orlando. He looked up my faithful service on my car over the years and apologized and refunded me the $255. For that I’m grateful that someone cared enough to value a customer. Thank you Fadi Alzeideh I’ve seen many owners of this dealership over the years, and this one is by far the worst. They are the BlackRock of dealerships. “How can we soak as much money possible out of every customer who comes through the door.” (A massive construction facelift of the building has been taking place for some time now, and I’m sure they need a lot of money to finish it.) No more. I’m done. A friend suggested I fill my car with premium gas along with a can of Seafoam and run it on the highway. *my car showed no signs of a problem except the engine light. Well, 3 days later my engine light went off and my automatic start worked again, which I was told was a safety feature that is attached to the warning light. This was a much cheaper fix for me and was not even offered from this greedy business. Good luck to all of you who continue to visit this overpriced big box store. More
