Worst Ford Service center I have ever been too! ! Sat for 2 hours after a scheduled appointment watching technicians argue and on their phones with open bays. I will drive to another state for serv ! I had several issues to be checked as well as an oil change. When I picked up my truck, they just said “you’re all set”. The person that helped me was already gone for the day and wouldn’t be back for 4 days. I was told to call back then because they can’t look at someone else’s notes in the computer.
