My car sat there for 3 weeks. When I picked it up I was assured that all of the updates and services were completed. Except for the recall part that never came in. 5 minutes into When I picked it up I was assured that all of the updates and services were completed. Except for the recall part that never came in. 5 minutes into my ride home all 4 tire sensors went off. All low. I filled them to 39 and the back right tire kept losing air. So I took it to Costco and they found a razor that they couldn’t patch and then informed me that my tires needed to be aligned and also I needed 4 new tires. Ford was supposed to rotate my tires and align them. 3 weeks it sat there and they did nothing. Very tempted to go somewhere else. Frank kept me updated but on one really worked on my car. Then charged me 100 dollars. For what? More

I waited for a call when my car was ready and I didn't get a call at all. I tried calling noone would answer, then when they did they sent you to an 813 voicemail. The only reason I gave three stars this time it’s because I had an appointment and brought my vehicle to service ,they were super busy. The truck stayed parked for three hours and they didn’t even move it fr I had an appointment and brought my vehicle to service ,they were super busy. The truck stayed parked for three hours and they didn’t even move it from the parking lot. They should’ve said that they either were too busy to do the job,offer to reschedule or leave the truck there. But there wasn’t much communication. I drove 40 min and rearranged my schedule to be done and unfortunately couldn’t stay and wait longer for the job to be complete. This is a great location and I like to bring my truck to do the maintenance here,but this last experience wasn’t so good. Thank you More
