Ford of Clermont - Service Center

I was happy bringing my Lincoln MKX here for service as they were always professional and caring. My last service appointment was needed as my car developed a few engine and vehicle warnings and my diagnos they were always professional and caring. My last service appointment was needed as my car developed a few engine and vehicle warnings and my diagnosis from a computer showed it to be several factors. The issues were not fixed although I believe that the technician just reset the engine warning lights. Problem is when the car was restarted after getting it home, the warnings came back on. I was told that it needed a new car battery in order to correct the Evap System Leak and they could not find a fault with the Tire Pressure Sensor or otherwise. Bottom line, is that they kept my car for three days, essentially found nothing wrong, and they warning lights are back on as visibly as they can be, More

Our truck 2023 F150 Powerboost showed a towing module error forcing the turn signals to flash rapidly. After analyzing the truck, a string of error codes were discovered. We were told a new battery would resolve the problem. They replaced the battery, my wife went to collect the truck in the morning, same code about the towing module appeared as soon as she started the truck. The truck is still at the dealership waiting on a backordered module which is not available. To top it off, they charged my wife for the first oil change, which was supposed to be free. Not very impressive. I now understand why my son, a salesman for them, left the dealership. I guess he knew what he was selling... More
