I had an appointment for the Works to be done. Waited 40 minutes for the car to be taken in. I trusted that the service was completed. Two days later I was driving to KY and go a message low tires. Three ti minutes for the car to be taken in. I trusted that the service was completed. Two days later I was driving to KY and go a message low tires. Three tires had 26 lbs and the 4th was 24 lbs. I stopped to put air in the tires and one tire would not take air. Went to a service station and found the tire had a broken valve stem. Needless to say I was not happy at all. Clermont Ford has not been the same since it was sold. I’m a long time customer of this business and have bought 6 vehicles since 1998. Now I am a dissatisfied customer. More
I brought my car in for service at the Quick Lane area. I knew the car needed some service since it is 16 years new. It's a 2005. They both did a great job with my car with all that was needed. I had to leave the car overnight which was fine. A ride was provided thanks Ray. My car has been running great I had a few others things done even though it was not brought up I just figured it was going to be there overnight may as well get it taken care of, better safe than sorry. Bought car there new when it was Rolling Hills Ford, 2005 Taurus with 108,000 miles on it now. should last More

The Day I Called I Spoke To Dave In Your Service Dept. & Made An Appointment For Monday Oct.25th When I Arrived I Was Greeted By Austin Clark, Who Told Me Dave Wasn’t In But Offered To Help Me. I left The Vehicle Wit Him Received A Call About 12:00 & Was Told The Compressor Was Burned Out & Asked If I Could Leave It Overnight. Which I Did. My Flex Was Ready At 12:00 O’clock The Next Day., Which To Me Was Excellent Service. I Worked For A Ford Dealer For 23 Years In South Florida, I Have 4 Vehicles, & Am Happy To Have Found Someone Like Austin To Take Care Of Them. More
Went for a body shop work thru the service department. The body shop lady was GREAT, the service advisor was TERRRRIIIIIIBBLLEEEEEEE! when I got there I ask him about a service letter sent to my house and The body shop lady was GREAT, the service advisor was TERRRRIIIIIIBBLLEEEEEEE! when I got there I ask him about a service letter sent to my house and he did not even cared. Then I told him that there was no rush on the vehicle that we would pick it up later, so do anything needed to be done. Buy the time of pick up, the wiper service was not fixed and never got any paper work of proof of my service. Call a week later to check on the paper work, still waiting for a return call or the paperwork. More
