Purchased a used Ford Explorer in September. I also purchased the warranty. It needed tires replaced, which they did. I had it two weeks and the torque converter went out. They replaced it, no I also purchased the warranty. It needed tires replaced, which they did. I had it two weeks and the torque converter went out. They replaced it, no hesitation. I love it, runs and drives great. Took it in for the oil change and the tech found a leak at the water pump and rear trans axel….. It was fixed in 2 days. Warranty paid for it. The tech David knew what he was doing and did an awesome job. While he was doing the water pump we had them do the timing chain. Warranty covered their part, we covered our, no problems. Would definitely buy from them again with confidence. More

Was treated well met when I drove in with an engine on light. Problem was diagnosed quickly. Required a new catalitic converter which required a wait of several days.
