I had a wonderful car buying experience at Ford of Cookeville last week! I was in the market for a new vehicle as my 2009 Mini Cooper was getting up there in mileage. I had been eyeing a Jeep Renegade Cookeville last week! I was in the market for a new vehicle as my 2009 Mini Cooper was getting up there in mileage. I had been eyeing a Jeep Renegade Limited with a particular set of features for a bit and I found one at Ford of Cookeville through CARFAX. I messaged and Dakota Baker responded right away! We set up a time for me to drive up to Cookeville to see the vehicle. Dakota took me on a lengthy test drive, which I appreciated as it really let me get a feel for the vehicle. He said that he likes to do this so that his clients get the chance to navigate a variety of different road-scapes, which I found admirable. He wasn’t pushy whatsoever and made the car buying experience very pleasant and enjoyable! I had my dad on FaceTime with me throughout the car buying discussions and Dakota was very patient and understanding through my dad’s various lines of questioning. Haha! To start with I appreciated not being attacked as soon as we came on the lot. My daughter and I enjoyed being able to look without pressure and enjoyed our time together.
