Beyond surprising quality, professionalism, and honor at Ford of Cookeville with Paris and the manager David. I’ve never actually left a review for a dealership, but I also had no intention of being at a de Ford of Cookeville with Paris and the manager David. I’ve never actually left a review for a dealership, but I also had no intention of being at a dealership when I was. Bad things happened, I brought my truck in and explained my situation to Paris and David. They both honored everything I asked for whether it papers or the eventual vehicle I purchased. They spoke on a level basis, was not abrasive or arrogant, and genuinely made the process feel as simplistic as possible. Very much appreciated and respected. Will 1000% recommend Paris, David, and Ford of Cookeville to anyone and everyone! More
