Great Imporvements Had been a couple of years since I had visited Cookeville Ford for service. Noticed several positive changes. Only problem that I had was that the TV was on FOX News and waiting area was filled with grumpy-looking faces. Coffee area was fantastic (clean and neat). I took advantage of the courtesy shuttle and didn't wait for my vehicle recall to be fixed. More
