I like tha I have been servicing 3 vehicles for several years at Ford of Dalton. The staff is very easy to talk to and quick to answer any questions. I like that if they don't know the answer to a question they seek out the answer. Prices are competitive. The team in the parts department knows their stuff too and will do everything they can to get any parts needing to be ordered delivered same day if at all possible. EVERY time I have called, which has only been twice, to try and get a vehicle in for diagnostic reasons, the service writers have been the most condescending, pompous bunch of jerks I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Don't try and tell me I may have a transmission problem when I know it's a fuel injection problem. I'm not an idiot that is going to fold just because you have a desk at the dealership. I may have 2 Ford vehicles but neither of them will ever be going to Brooker Ford. More

Poor service department RIPOFF Dealer Spent over 2000 dollars on transmission and 900 miles and 3 weeks later it was burnt up on side of I-70. These people are a RIPOFF. Was told by Steve service manager Ford would take care of us. Now 7 months later nothing has been done by Brooker. Thanks to Larry's Transmission got a Reman transmission replaced and we made it home. Never again will these people touch anything of mine. Looking to get Fords out of my life never another Ford at Brooker Ford! More

We had broke down near this dealership and had our truck towed there on a Sunday. Monday morning we got the joy of meeting Adam in service and not only was he rude to our guys but unbearable to talk to on the phone. I do know in the future I would rather tow my truck 50 miles either direction so we would never have to use this service dept ever again. I only hope others understand prior to using this dealership they will stick it to you if you are not local or if they do not know you. They have no concern over loyalty and they are only concerned with the bottom dollar. It is very clear after meeting the management why they allow their employees to act this way. More
