Robert and Andrew lied to us three separate times, ran our credit and almost completed the down payment transaction before telling us that our price, the price that they agreed to, could not be honored. I'm writing this to warn other car buyers to avoid dealing with this Ford location, and to consider purchasing from DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks instead. More

Finally a Reasonable Car Dealership. DO YOUR HW. Very Eager to get you in and get you a test drive. The internet salespeople are able to negotiate prices and to my surprise when i DO YOUR HW. This felt very different from the normal Bait n Switch I've experienced car shopping in 2022. Then comes the Car Price Negotiation. This is where doing your HW can payoff. Remember Negotiate Negotiate Negotiate. Dealership was also able to match my credit unions APR for the car loan so never be afraid to ask. There are many fabulous protection and warranty coverages and they do a great job explaining the use cases of each. Highly recommend atleast listening and choose what feels right to you but never feel pressured. Overall 5/5 stars compared to several other dealerships. More
