Greg Stacey at Ford of Galesburg was very friendly, down to earth and easy to work with! I had been driving my previous car for 20 years and was very apprehensive about the thought of buying a new vehicle to earth and easy to work with! I had been driving my previous car for 20 years and was very apprehensive about the thought of buying a new vehicle from a dealership in my hometown. I knew what type of vehicle I wanted to purchase and had a price point I wanted to stick to. I searched the internet and saw this 2019 Mazda CX-5 and decided to drive out of town to test drive it. Took my truck in on a Tuesday, I called Wednesday to see what was going on. On the following Tuesday I was on hold for 45 minutes waiting for an answer, after hanging up, received a phone call from service what was going on. On the following Tuesday I was on hold for 45 minutes waiting for an answer, after hanging up, received a phone call from service department apologizing for the wait and then explained my truck was done! Would have liked to have seen the old parts but didn’t want to spend any more time there, waited at least 20 minutes to speak to the service person. More
