Terrible, took over 70 days to repair my vehicle. Multiple times was told my vehicle would be ready and then it would be a few weeks. And then something else. I"M VERY disappointed with Ford my Car wasn't fixed they kept tacking on charges I spoke to a manager about it and he replied well what do you want me to do about it?
