The only negative thing is that they knew what we were bringing it in for but they didn’t order the part and have it there when we got there. We had to come back when the part came in. I"M VERY disappointed with Ford my Car wasn't fixed they kept tacking on charges I spoke to a manager about it and he replied well what do you want me to do about it? The Ford is Galesburg is probably the worst experience dealing with a car lot that I've ever had as far as the service department goes they fail to tell us what time they close told us to head over we got dealing with a car lot that I've ever had as far as the service department goes they fail to tell us what time they close told us to head over we got there after the service department had left and I wanted told us they were leaving my car end up stuck there over weekend then Monday morning they were supposed to get me done first thing they promised I wasn't able to pick my car up until 6:00 a.m. Tuesday morning after a snow storm started because they couldn't figure out how to get the car off a trailer an entire team of text for the Ford department my experience with that facility was to say the least undesirable most terrible experience I've had with a car dealership in my life More
