I’m disappointed. Scheduled a Saturday oil change and tire rotation. Driving home I discovered they did adjust the air properly ( diesel trucks have different air pres Scheduled a Saturday oil change and tire rotation. Driving home I discovered they did adjust the air properly ( diesel trucks have different air pressure from front to back). So I called, drove back, they fixed it and offered a discount on the next oil change. Later I discovered they did not reset my oil change monitor/sensor as it came on one day driving. Then I noticed the date for the next oil change was written as 01/13/2023… seriously…. Were all the techs hung over that Saturday or is this the quality of work I can expect for an expensive price …. Extremely disappointed!!!! More

Had to have a battery. Over $200, never heard of such a thing. Needed a bushing on trans linkage but that was on a recall. My worse experience was a year or so ago. I had a power window that didn't work, I had already checked fuses and motor. When I took it in I told the Srevice Manager this but when I picked it up they said we checked fuses and motor but the problem must be in the wiring. They charged me over $200 to do that. Not impressed with that kind of service. We are looking to buy a new car in near future but am a little leary of that kind of service. More
