It's not so much the service department we are unhappy with, it's the Ford Company. We can't even list all the things the company kept wanting looked at and some of it by a specialist before they finally with, it's the Ford Company. Which after we were told would be done the following week it was still a month later before the car was ready. Our car was in the shop for 5 months and not once were we offered a loaner car. We told our salesman and the manager we were buying the car because our son had recently gotten his license and we needed another vehicle. There were times we wouldn't hear from anyone for a couple weeks and would have to call to find out what was going on with the car. More
