We were passing through the area this week when my engine light came on. I called Ford of Galesburg and spoke to Haley in service. She said to bring the vehicle in, and they would get right on it. Haley was outstanding for getting me in as quickly as she did. They cleared the error code for an emissions component and said to continue on our trip home which was another hour away. All was great except service tech broke my glove compartment door when he checked my cabin filter 2020 f150. I found it later when I changed the filter. He never confessed. I had to fix it myself.
