It was fast and stress free but would never buy again!!!! I bought a used car but they advertised very wrong. They told us brakes were good and only had 2 months and now they all have to be replaced. Then the I bought a used car but they advertised very wrong. They told us brakes were good and only had 2 months and now they all have to be replaced. Then they advertised remote locks and remote start then never received a key fob and had to wait 4 months to get the key fobs. The engine was making a weird noise and I took it in and they said it was normal but I took it to another mechanic and they said it wasn't normal and had to be fixed thought it was belt or lifter. Not very happy called and left messages and they never called back to resolve any of my issues. Hopefully, they can try to make it right. More

A little disappointed Brought my car in for 2 recalls and an oil change. The lady at the service desk seemed annoyed that I was there and that I was bothering her when I dr Brought my car in for 2 recalls and an oil change. I have to say that the salesman that helped me with a loaner was great and so helpful. They called me and said my car was done.When I returned at the end of the day I noticed one of the recalls had not been done and when I asked the lady in the service department about it she said "my bad". I was told they would look at it right then. Twenty five minutes later she found me in the waiting room and told me they would not be able to do it today I would have to come back. Disappointed with the entire experience. More
