Still afraid to go back after they caused damage to my vehicle when they did not put lugnuts back on and I drove off having tire fall off and drag car. I dropped my car off to have looked at on a Thursday called on Tuesday and they said it would be next to be looked at. No contact from Yemm Ford. I’m not real impressed, the last 3 times I’ve taken my vehicles there I have had to take them back to fix again. That is 2 hrs out of my day x 3 x $ 120 =$720 of my money wasted on poor service.
