Awful communication. Was told vehicle would be looked at on a Friday when it arrived. Called Tuesday am too see what the hold up was and was actually told that it had rained all day Monday and the guys didn on a Friday when it arrived. The line item written estimate that was requested was chicken scratch on a PO form. More
