Fast forward Transmission out at 62,000 miles and brought brand new in 2019! My daddy saw a leak and took Ford of Homewood on Sept 3 2022(new owner) NEVER buy a car from them!!!! My car sat allllll day until my father and I went up there at closing. No phone call! The tech said it wasn’t drivable! I pitched a fit!! When were you going to tell me that! I’m a nurse and a CPR business owner. I need a car!! I could have gotten a rental car! Then the manager told me 20 mins later it was drivable and that he would place his family in the car! Come to find out They never look at my car! Jan 5 my transmission went out! I drove to work and came home and it was nothing but God that allowed my car to stop in front of my home! Built Ford tough is a lie! Never buying from them!! Ive tried SEVERAL TIMES to contact them and NO ONE responded! More

I drove from 2hrs away to purchase a Ford explorer st and got to the dealership and the price was $6000 higher than what they had listed on their website and I even confirmed over the phone with bradley befo got to the dealership and the price was $6000 higher than what they had listed on their website and I even confirmed over the phone with bradley before driving 2hrs that the internet price was $55,295. They also treated me as if my ultra low mile need nothing jeep trade-in was in very bad condition and was going to need so much work to make it saleable that they low balled me an offer. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU GET BUSINESS! THIS DEALER IS A LIAR AND SHOULDN'T PUT FRAUD ADVERTISEMENT OF PRICES OF VEHICLES ON THEIR WEBSITE. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. More
