I brought the vehicle in for a recall was told it would take a half hour but could take longer on the phone. When I got there I was then told min hour and I was waiting there I said please don’t do anythin take a half hour but could take longer on the phone. When I got there I was then told min hour and I was waiting there I said please don’t do anything other than the recall ok no problem I was told we will get you in and out asap an hour later I get a text with a video all my tires pre off he is trying to sell me breaks on the rear an oil change and filled my washer fluid with xxxx when all I use is rainx and they new I was sitting there . I specifically said warranty work only that I didn’t want to sit there all day would have given a much better review if you could listen to the customer More

Had to return for follow up service after my initial warranty work was faulty. Tech failed to properly reconnect door locks and could not lock front doors. Brought my car in for brake replacement, oil change and inspection. Couldn’t perform inspection as was told machine was down. Brought vehicle in a week later for inspection and was told my car may be lea inspection. Couldn’t perform inspection as was told machine was down. Brought vehicle in a week later for inspection and was told my car may be leaking oil and should have a diagnostic performed to identify issue. Paid online before picking up vehicle, and when I picked up car at dealer there was no notes on what was found during diagnostic check to see if there’s an issue that needs to be fixed. Either paid for a service that wasn’t performed or they didn’t record what was found and couldn’t return my money as I pre-paid. I have brought my vehicle to Latham ford for 10 years for service and after this experience I will never go back. I also sent a follow up email to the service department and have received no response. Very disappointing. More

Latham Ford the best to go for a vehicle and to get it service. I'm on my 3rd vehicle from the dealership. I got 2 ford's trucks and 1 Ram truck.
