This is very bad for BP Ford of Long Beach. I've been a machinist and designer of products made of metals for over 50 years. I have a 95 Ford Van that I bought new at Cal Worthington that doesn't have "swollen" lug nuts. If it was "swollen", that would mean Ford has designed a lug nut that would leave me stranded with a flat that I couldn't fix because the lug nuts were "swollen". It's more likely that your mechanics damaged the lug changing them in the past. Metal doesn't "swell". It expands from temperature but so does the lug wrench that removes it. BP Ford of Long Beach should refund $355!!!!

Firstly, my name is not Matt. Please ensure you have the correct customer information. Secondly, there was no miscommunication on my part. For over a year, I consistently attempted to resolve issues related to my purchase. The lack of communication has been entirely on your company's end. Furthermore, your statement about resolving this promptly rings hollow, considering your company's failure to respond to complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. This demonstrates a clear pattern of neglecting customer concerns. My attempts to contact the "General Sales Manager" directly were consistently blocked by a receptionist who claimed issues with call transfers. This further highlights the difficulty in reaching anyone who can address these problems. At this point, my experience has left me with no other recourse than to advise potential buyers to beware.
