I brought my Honda Accord to Ford of Montebello because I heard good things about the service department. I had an initial service that solved my problem, but unfortunately, due to the age of my vehicle, I heard good things about the service department. I had an initial service that solved my problem, but unfortunately, due to the age of my vehicle, I developed another problem. The Service Manager, Gordon Cook, came out to see me and I explained the problem with the power steering. He was very understanding and said that the problem was a common after effect of the initial service. He not only handled the problem for me....got it back to me in a timely manner....and asked me to check in with him, personally, in a few days to make sure that the problem was solved. I have been to a few dealers for service. I was pleased with the professional, polite, and informative way that Gordon dealt with my car issues. He did all of these despite the fact that I did not own a Ford vehicle. I will definitely be returning to this service department in the future for service. More

I came to get my car serviced on November 19,2013. I was very pleased to be greeted first hand by Javier Castellanos. He directed me to Carlos Ruiz. I had a very pleasant experience with Ford Of Montebello. I needed parts for my 2007 mustang and when I went to order them the gentleman, Sal was very helpful explaining to me every thing I needed. I'm glad I purchased my SUV from here! There's another Ford dealership, literally right down the street from my house, but I had a bad experience with their "closer". Since I work close to Montebello, I figure I'd give these guys a shot - BEST DECISION EVER! Javier C. and his staff really went out of their way to find the Explorer I wanted (huge inventory) and worked out a deal I was very happy with! The dealership is beautiful and they even have a kids room! I definitely recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new vehicle! More

I service my car here because it's close to home. Service here is average at best. Couple of weeks ago i go in for a routine oil change on my 2010 focus (bought elsewhere). Checked my car in, waited while work was done and pay. While waiting for car to come out someone impressed me. A guy nicely dressed in a suit (can't remember name) approaches me and ask if someone was helping me. I tell him that i'm waiting for my car. Then he ask how my experience was so far and what he could do to improve it. The manner in which he asked and listened to me was what impressed me. I could tell that he was some type of manager of the store by his professionalism and his demeanor. He even went as far to take notes in his phone. In conclusion, he thanked me for being a loyal customer and for the valued recommendations. I left the dealership feeling that my concerns mattered. Never before at this or other dealerships has a single person made me feel important like this. It always felt like they wanted my money and my job was to keep it. Kudos to Ford of Montebello for the unusual nice experience. I hope my next service with you guys is as pleasant. More
I purchased my 2012 F150 ecoboost at Ford of Montebello, although Kenny was outstanding in the sale matter..the service department is the worst ever.1st time my truck was service which was to install wheel although Kenny was outstanding in the sale matter..the service department is the worst ever.1st time my truck was service which was to install wheel whell liners..bolts were loose..2nd time which was my 1st oil change the mechanic left oil hand prints on the hood and grill...my last visit..oil on the head rest, drivers seat, center arm rest..I just do not understand the unprofessional employees there..they apologize everytime..I even spoke with the sons owner James same thing sorry yet really unconcern for his employees lack of concern work habits..STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.....you spend 40,000 plus on a vehicle and they treat it like dirt.. Just be careful with this dealership two years later they are going to say you didn't purchase wheels or a radio and remove that too. how sad is that. More
