I purchased my first Ford. It is a very nice Ranger Raptor, however my experience with the dealership has been terrible. My new Raptor has a tear in the seat and paint chip on the door that i noticed on the showroom floor. The dealer said they would fix the issues, but are unwilling to allow my local dealership to deal with this. They expect for me to drive an hour each way 2 more times for the repairs. They do not care about the customers time or inconvenience. I had a Ford customer service rep on the line listening while the general sales manager Rodrigo was rude to me. He and told me to drive the new truck back to the dealership and they will break the contract and give me a check "since I dont like how the do things". This is my first and most likely last Ford vehicle purchase. The manager Rigo has still not sent payment for the seat repairs even after i took down a negative review that he asked me to take down. Horrible customer experience. More

I went in with a 7:15 oil change appointment. I was clear that I was waiting for my vehicle. It turned out to be 9:15 and my car was still sitting there waiting to be serviced. I was ready to get my car and leave when they took it in. The oil change was done and my car sat for nearly half an hour before they brought it to me. Once again, the car was not cleaned of any residual oil drips. This was my second and last visit here. More

At the close of the deal, he filled the gas tank, had the truck washed (again) and he actually took the time to link my truck to my phone. That's what I call "service after the sale.!" During the purchase, I honestly felt more like Justin was on "my side"! I have purchased MANY new cars and trucks over the years, and this is the first time I have left a dealership feeling this way!
