This past Saturday was the first service experience that is making me consider going elsewhere from now on. Routine maintenance visit. Was told rear brakes were down to 5mm, and need to be serviced soon. Ac is making me consider going elsewhere from now on. Routine maintenance visit. Was told rear brakes were down to 5mm, and need to be serviced soon. Actual measurement is 9mm (almost new), which makes sense since they just serviced them a few months ago. Also, no "next service due" window sticker. Also, waited an additional 20 minutes because the technician didn't turn in the paperwork when he was done. So about 1 hour ended up being about 1.5 hours. I guess my time isn't important. On a positive note, they washed the truck. It looked pretty good. More

We have a mechanical problem with our trade, understandably we know we won’t get much for trade, right. But instead of saying they would sit down and see what we can work out, they just said $10 understandably we know we won’t get much for trade, right. But instead of saying they would sit down and see what we can work out, they just said $100 for the trade, and that’s it. A lot of times dealerships will work the numbers on paper to at least make you feel like you’re getting something but they didn’t even act like they wanted to talk. They missed out on two sales today, cash. Will not be going back. Makes me want to leave my Explorer ST there too. Pretty crappy customer service. More
