I bought a car 2 years ago with warranty. I had to have the car worked on about a week after I had it. They put new clutches in. Now Transmission is out. They will not honor the warranty bec I had to have the car worked on about a week after I had it. They put new clutches in. Now Transmission is out. They will not honor the warranty because they need receipts for oil changes. Oil changes have nothing to do with a transmission and they know this. Warranty is not worth paper it’s written on, and neither is dealership. The salesman sold me a Ford Focus, knowing these cars were bad for transmission issues. The car should have never been on the lot for sale to start with. My daughter and I were taken advantage of. All he was worried about was a commission sale. More
