First experience with Ford service department. I called for an oil change and a new tire. Made an appointment for the next day. After the oil change I was told that they did not have the tire I ne I called for an oil change and a new tire. Made an appointment for the next day. After the oil change I was told that they did not have the tire I needed for my vehicle (mind you when you call and make the appointment they get year make and model of vehicle). They then assured me the tire would be ordered and arrive the next day. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment for two days later to make sure the tire would be there for my appointment. I arrive for my scheduled appointment and the second I walk in am told the tire is not there. They knew the tire was not going to be there for my appointment time, but no one bothered to pick up the phone before I wasted gas and an hour of my time driving across town for another appointment that I shouldn’t have had to make in the first place. In one word… incompetence. The manager essentially shrugged me off because hey, its not his time. It’s not his gas money. More

Stay away from this dealership. Bought a 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500 was told they did their point inspection which I found out that consist of turning the steeriwheel and pressing on Bought a 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500 was told they did their point inspection which I found out that consist of turning the steeriwheel and pressing on the brakes they called in a stop and steer point inspection which blew my mind they literally pushed on the brakes steer the steering wheel and said that their point inspection was complete that's why the whole front end was completely wore out of the truck that I had to pull $3,000 out of pocket to have fixed and Joe the manager is a complete liar said oh I am the guy for the job just let me know what I can do you haven't had this truck long enough for all these problems complete liar never called me back or anything ghosted me he got his salesman Charles to call me he was too weak of a man to call me his self spineless liar stay away from this dealership if you read the Google reviews you'll see that the owner says the same thing to every one of the people that are leaving responses they Don't Care about nothing but The Almighty dollar be aware stay away total rip off will lie to you over and over by the way thanks Joe for you calling me back awesome conversation not More

Too bad I can't give zero stars. Absolutely stay away from the service department at this place. Took my Ford Escape in overnight and left it for a Thursday service appointment. As of Saturday around lunch time, they still had not even looked at it, saying it's a 3-5 business day wait (something that was never initially communicated to me). These people are completely unprofessional and could care less if you have a vehicle or not. I wouldn't do business with them ever! When I went to pick the car up, I was held up because they were driving it to determine a safety check?!? So they could drive it when I'm there to pick it up yet do nothing with it for the 2 1/2 days they kept it. Just horrific customer service. I'll take my business to any other Ford dealership but this one going forward. More
