Ford of Murfreesboro

I was traveling to Nashville from south of Atlanta for work. About ten miles south of Murfreesboro my 2019 F150 begin to vibrate and lost power. I pulled of at an exit and looked of the closest Ford deal work. About ten miles south of Murfreesboro my 2019 F150 begin to vibrate and lost power. I pulled of at an exit and looked of the closest Ford dealership. I limped my way to Ford of Murfreesboro and into the service bay. The smell of gasoline was intense. I was then greeted by Olivia, one of the service advisors. She worked quickly to diagnose the issue and determined that it was misfiring on number 5. She then informed me that they had been closed due to weather and were at least 5 days out to get to me. I let her know I was traveling for business and was only in town for a couple days. She told me that if I could leave it, she would do her best to get it back to me ASAP. This was Friday afternoon going into A holiday weekend. She offered to shuttle me to a friends house but I was able to get a ride from someone. She said she would be off Saturday and they were closed on Sunday. She let me store all my stuff in her office while I waited on my ride. I made my way to my event and waited until Monday to text and see the status of my truck. She responded that it looked liked they my have it ready by the afternoon. I was overjoyed. But then I received another test to call. So I did. Come to find out it needed a new PCM. The good news, they now knew the issue, the bad news it wouldn’t be ready to the next day. I finished my event and found a place for the night. The next morning I texted and was told it should be ready before noon. The problem now was I had no way to get there. Olivia offered to talk to her supervisor to see if they could send a shuttle for me. Normally they only go 10 miles and I was at 12 but she was able to get approval. At about 10 am I received a text saying my truck was ready and about that time I saw the shuttle outside. I made it back to the dealership and was out the door by 11am on my way home. Due to the staff in the service department at Ford of Murfreesboro and Olivia leading the charge, I was able to make it home in time to take my son to his first ever baseball tryout. Thanks so much to Olivia and the folks at Ford of Murfreesboro for going above and beyond. Truly one of if no the best customer service experiences I have ever had, not just at a auto dealership, but anywhere. I may be making the four hour trip back up there when I am ready for a new truck. Would recommend Ford of Murfreesboro to anyone who values customer service. Ask for Olivia if you need service. More
