I needed my 2015 Mazda 3 Isport’s oil and filter changed along with tire rotation. I called before going to inquire on if they would use the oil I supplied, Castro full synthetic 5-w20 and a Mazda oil filte along with tire rotation. I asked when service was being performed if all fluids would be checked and topped off at service desk and they told me yes. When getting home I checked the break fluid and it was halfway between minimum and maximum, not topped off, this is the only complaint I have. For the most part all in all I was somewhat pleased, that is why I gave it only 4 star’s. I’m 66 with peripheral neuropathy and can no longer put the car on jack stands and perform the the filter and oil change any longer as is the same with the tire rotation. More
