We are very very unhappy with our dealings with the service department. We had a door ding in the right back quarter panel that is covered by the expensive warranty we purchased for the Expedition. There has been nothing but incompetent people handling it. Tanner took several days to get back with me. I had to call him. The man damaged the truck while trying to repair. I was informed that the panel had been cracked in the paint and would require a complete paint job. We get there today, Monday, and there were several issues. You had the manager, Jonathan, saying that the space in the corner of the panel that is loose can not be repaired. The maintenance manager blamed the car wash for leaving material in this crack. There was a lot of overspray all over the window and panel again it had to be sent back and cleaned. We are still not happy with the loose spot we looked at other vehicles and this is not the case with them . One excuse after another. This is a $70+ vehicle, the 6th we have purchased from Ford of Murfreesboro and will probably be the last. The worst experience ever and I would give the people in your service department a minus 0. I took my 2016 Ford Edge to the Murfreesboro Ford Collision Center. To replace front spoiler and - turns out - because the price was good to replace the rear fender wrap-around because of a gash is Collision Center.
