I was left in limbo not knowing if I was going to be able to get a truck or not. I went to the Ford Dealership in Shelbyville the next week and I was able to get me a new truck. Your sales agent made me feel like I didn't get the respect of at least a call or texted back to let me know if he could get me into a new or used truck. More
