Upon arrival at the dealership, the receptions immediately contact the gentlemen that I had an appointment with and he had one of his assistants work Upon arrival at the dealership, the receptions immediately contact the gentlemen that I had an appointment with and he had one of his assistants work with me in my desire to purchase a vehicle. The assistant showed me the vehicle and told me all the advantages of the unit we were looking at. Later the original contact worked with me on the paperwork and we agreed on a price. The consultant led me through the batch of paperwork and took time to go to the unit with me and explain the features of the unit I was purchasing. From entrance to final exit, I was treated like a family member and they complied with any and all request that I made. Steve Hunkapiller was my main contact and his assistant was Jordan Gonzalez. I also want to thank Jason "JV' Vuerich for his professionalism in managing all the financial details. More
Rick was very helpful in helping us find a truck. Told him our needs and he found one and it was delivered to the dealership on Saturday and we were able to pick it up Monday. The only part about the purchase that I asked but was not followed was not to shine, polish the floor mats. They did and they were really slick. I had to use cleaner when I got home to remove it. All in all we are satisfied with our purchase. It’s the fourth one from Ford Of Murfreesboro. More

While I was there, I also spoke to JC in Sales, who made a decent offer for me to trade my 2012 F-150 for a 2019 F-150. JC was very nice and knowledgeable about his product to the point that when I'm ready to replace my truck, I will stop at Ford of Murfreesboro first and ask for JC. I have no complaints regarding Service or Sales at this point. More
