Frankly, I have never entertained the idea of purchasing a Ford for various experiences in the past with a Ford Truck. However I had read consumer reviews regarding Ford SUVs and they were rated fairly high, so I thought I would take a look. Steve provided a thorough demonstration of the Limited and the Platinum features and I drove both. The Platinum was the choice! It drives so smoothly and has all of the luxury features I was looking for, and excellent Safety ratings! I traded in a 2009 low mileage Mercedes and received a satisfactory trade-in value. My new beautiful Explorer Plat is scheduled for the Platinum Protection Plan so we will see if the Service Department matches the excellent sales service. Overall, I am very pleased with my 2019 Ford Explorer and it's high intel functionality and Safety Ratings. More
