The first manager was very nice but wasn’t being very clear on what he needed from us when we were trying to figure out our warranty coverage vs what our ford pass points cover. He only better explained it after his manager came out to explain it more thoroughly. We were in to get an oil change and our tires rotated before we head back home to Florida. They claimed to look in the glove box for the tire accessories they needed but asked us to look bc it “wasn’t there.” We found it in the glove box… It’s a 2022 Ford Maverick so this is only its second time we’ve taken it to get serviced. We now have a loud noise when driving because they didn’t put the cover back on the air filter under the hood and it is also broken.. More
