Mostly impressed with dealership. Brake rotor’s and brake pad service Visited my local Ford dealership yesterday for brake check. Before going in, I knew I had front rotor problems with 129,000 miles on my 2013 F-150. En Visited my local Ford dealership yesterday for brake check. Before going in, I knew I had front rotor problems with 129,000 miles on my 2013 F-150. Ended up replacing front and rear rotors and pads plus oil & filter change. Took about 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Very happy with time quality of work. Steve C. Murfreeboro More

Worst Experience Ever if i could give a zero i would. i had the worst car buying experience. this place could use better customer service and vehicles. i purchased a car an if i could give a zero i would. i had the worst car buying experience. this place could use better customer service and vehicles. i purchased a car and had issue on the way home with the vehicle. i hadn't had the car a month and had to take it back 3 different times for the same issue (lemon law). my sales person april cromety was no help along with the management staff. run run run from this place. i've purchased from tote the note lots with better cars and service than this place. idk if they dont care because it is privately owned or what but i would never recommend this place to anyone...and to think that i came to this place as a referral of someone else(person never received referral money)....i should have read the reviews 1st and i would have never used this place. More
