Needless to say I held a grudge and had not bought a Ford since. In 2016, I was in the market for a new truck and decided to look at the F-150's. My sales representative was Chico and I could not be more happy with how he assisted me. He was exceptionally informative and patient as I compared my options. Over the course of three months, Chico did not continually call or email me. He would drop me a line every so often just to let me know he was ready when I was and would inform me of any specials. When finally decided to purchase the Ford, Chico took me around the lot again showing me all the options and making sure I purchased exactly what I wanted. Once I had selected my new truck, the process was extremely easy. There was no haggling, no back and forth with the general manager and finance manager. I made my offer and once it was accepted, I was driving my new truck off the showroom floor within an hour. I have been extremely satisfied over the past year and when an issue came up requiring warranty service, I prepared myself for the battle. Once again I was pleasantly surprised as the service department and Mr. William Remington were more than helpful. My truck was inspected and a new steering wheel was ordered. The following week it was installed and I was never truly inconvenienced. Ford has won back a customer after 18 years and they did it with Customer Service. I can not speak for everyone but my experience has been stellar. I will recommend Murfreesboro Ford (and Chico) to everyone I know. More

Amazing Quality and Service! Transmission went out in my truck Friday afternoon on the way home from work. Went up there to test drive a 2017 Focus ST.
