Went in for an oil change. Had to wait an hour and a
half. No communication on what took so long. Same thing last time. It’s just an oil change, no reason to take that long.

Good service & quick response, but they don’t offer
“loaner cars” even for week-long repairs resulting in a separate rental car cost of $600 plus on top of service cost.
